Still more extreme are those which hold that all is totally illusionary or figment of the imagination and cannot be held accountable by any means or method.

Following some styles like material eliminativist and others, and even older, some say not only is the world incomprehensible, but likewise since the senses are material, they too are unreliable and so on til the brain and thoughts are subject to examination which finds them part of the material which is ephemeral and thus cannot be of use and thoughts are subject to environmental influences and hence are not derived on their own.
