You thought that it'd be easy
I thought that you'd believed me
Its raining on the window pane
You left me crying for you in vain
Its raining on the other side
I said I want you and you said goodnight
I loved you then and I miss you now
There's only so much my heart will allow
You left me at half past two
You thought it'd be easy for you
There was more I thought we could be
I thought that you'd believe me
When I said that I loved you
Because I thought you loved me too
