What is it that makes you feel alone?

Is it the way you look at the outer world?

Maybe its the fact that you are in your own zone

Either way, are we ever not alone?

Step into anothers shoes.

Look at yourself.

Are you someone that will always lose?

Or do you se a winner?

You may have family

You may have friends

Oh it all seems so lovely

But what does it mean?

Lonlieness takes a hold of the mind.

A grip so tenacious

That when it loosens, you're blind

Believeing you are done. That you've somehow left it behind.

Is it gone? 

Are you safe to think outloud again?

The switch you once turned off is forever on

The others around show love, but at what price?

Are we ever not alone? 

Is it an illusion of peace that we seek?

Maybe its the love we loan

Never to return, only to be exauhsted.
