deep blue

saddness ozes from the sea
it tells a tale of forbiden love
a tale i will never know
it tells of a lovers kiss
as the sky weeps silently
it weeps for the unknown
and for the lost
it weeps for the clouds
the clouds that hide its joy
the clouds that damper the happy days
the sea sings its deep blue song
a song that will only be known to the fish in the sea
and to the men lost at sea
its deep blue song
known by the sky and the clouds
known by the fish in the sea
the fish in the sea mourn the loss
of what? they dont know
they mourn the loss of the the deep blue song
and the loss of the sun in the sky
they mourn the loss of men at sea
and the women who will always wait back home
while the sea sings its song
