torque

torque

A Poem by Nida Lodi

thoughts scatter like pennies tossed into a jar

dreams oscillate like spring-mass system..

hopes whirl like a never stopping pool.....

life held on the torque like a horse in a mill...

everything rotates .....

except my "inner" me fails!!!!

Oh, this is super writing. Being an engineer myself I found this funny as well. The last line delivers a solid punch to the face.

Vitally written...truly interesting metaphors. You have expressed frustration well....it is a never-ending challenge.
