Oh society, give up already!

Well, what I have come to realise is that there comes a time when you will be ridiculed irrespective of what you do or how good you are to them. They will come scrub your being, trying to remove the layers of happiness just so you appear like them. Stating the ugly truth, that's how society functions! They want us to work on our own terms and conditions but bearing this in mind that it should be kept within limits of their fictitious boundary. Did I not mention, it does not really matter to the society whether we are comfortable in our own skin or not but they will definitely blame us for provoking them because 'we' are voluptuous and sexy. They just know how to let us down and make us feel jaded and weary. Thanks for your uncalled attention and unnecessary interference. Like, we are told that never let the opinions of others consume you but we still need to shape as per their norms and live upto their expectations. Incase, we don't somehow manage they have got a reason to mock us and be judgemental. No matter what we do or how hard we try, we can never please them . I don't understand why we go to the lengths of confirming it only to be judged more harshly? They will have something or the other to always talk about. I just don't understand why they can't mind their own business and come to our rescue only when it's called for. Because I clearly have made up my mind to be more concerned with my character rather than my reputation. After all, my character is what I am while my reputation is what you take me to be.
So, hey society. Hey. Calm the f**k down. Drink some beer. Breathe some fresh air. May be go smoke up, and zone out so that you do your own thing and let us do ours because we clearly do not care.
