Flood

This is about losing hope, and jealousy of others' achievement; like you want to be like them.

I want it so bad I want to snatch it from you
Catch it like firefly in the morning clouds
You always do tricks and I am a fool
Like a cat with the laser on the ground
I believed in you like my faith
Does it add it on my list of sins, or does it count?

Drown me with the flood you carry
I know drought will be tomorrow
I cry flood of tears
I know drought will be tomorrow
I don't use boat to save me
I know drought will be tomorrow
So drown me with the drought
