Sun-touched; my ever present shadow

On this cloudless night I miss you

As moonlight falls all around me

In solemn solitude I remember

A happiness without need of words

This poem captures the fallout of the end of a relationship. 'Sun touched' beautifully expresses the idea of happiness that is all too transitory.
