Remember me when the wind blows soft through the tree's.
Remember me when the sun shines bright over yon hills.
Remember me when the day closes and nights sneaks in.
Remember me when the waves lap the shores.

Remember us that are out fighting for your freedon.
Remember us when you lay your head down to sleep.
Remember us when you say your prayers in the morning.
Remember we are near defending all......

God Bless our military past and present.

Michelle,
Thank you for "remembering me" and all the over service members out there on this special day. Sometimes it's easy to lose sight of us in the debate on the war, in politics, or maybe just because you don't know anyone who is serving. Works like this bring their sacrifices (and the sacrifices of our families) to light and I think that is incredibly important.

My favorite line is "Remember us when you say your prayers in the morning." Please continue to do so!
