The friendly ranger clontarf castle

The friendly ranger clontarf castle

A Poem by Souladareatease

Lightly I tapped

in tip-toe nomenclature

science of sighs

                      drifting~

wise of my eyes

casting ray like holes

in queue like rows

of "be seeing You"

                   ~and O~

How the fog felt thick

with breath upon my neck

wet from cold stale breath

on a moonless still night

supple séance in sultry entrance

                      whispers "nothing left"~

As cries in the night fly

shadowed by storms of a castle

bleak in their thoughts of reaching

what lie deeply hidden forever's keep

never lay scabbard blade inside dust

for rust never sleeps in time

                   ~just sword in stone~

Interesting piece, my friend. I am always enthralled by the constant dawning of your poetic horizons. No two pieces are the same, and yet all pieces have a common poetic voice...yours. Definitely love the concept of this one; the imagery is poignant and transitory. Your words speak volumes in few letters, and the structure was very nice, especially when read aloud.
