Sea-side Country

Sea-side Country

A Poem by Souladareatease

Magenta peaks rise
over blue coral
wave upon wave

~Kissing distance~

Watered wheels spin
spoke of peace
paddling the everlast

~Nurturing growth~

Where fields green
plush upon promise
blush in enmity

~Hold boldly on~

Rooted in Deep
an outlined forest
raise hardened protection

~Sheltering wildlife~

Creatures may lurk
animals will stir
lifting their voices

~Splitting the night~

Vivid imagery in this one... I can picture this place, both tangibly and in a sensory way. This reminds me of a place I would go to hide myself away when I am feeling worn down by the world. Bravo on giving me a new place to dream about. Well done, my friend.
