Is Ignorance a bliss!

Is ignorance a bliss,  to turn your eyes away!

When you see bad things all around.

Like ignoring someone in need.

Or lending a helping hand.

Such a bad thing to do!.

Is NOT reading about it in the newspapers and

NOT watching it on the news on  your television set.

 A good thing or bad?

By wearing blinker. Does it keep you safe!

Or by ignoring the problems,all around us,

does it actually make it go away Long term!

Or are we hiding from the inevidable

that it coming our way one day!

Somewhere by developing so much in society still there's some huge waste producing is going on in our society....but as you said the correct...we're turning eyes away...but what bout the inevitable coming towards closer to us.....

i am sure socrates if he was alive today will really be in for a surprise because ignorance for him is not a virtue so therefore it is not bliss because a person does not dare to know anything and if a person does not know anything how can he be sensitive to the needs of others.

Ironically true. But sadly we live in a world. Where people do see things, but think of number one only themselves.
