Music to me is a metamorphic experience.

It is profound, moving, beautiful and uplifting,

at times. I am euphoric, happy and so chilled.

And at other times. Depending on the music,

and of course the song.

I am crying like a baby.

Moved deeply by

the subject of the song.

It can also be

like a warm pair of comforting

loving arms

wrapped nicely

tightly  around your body.

And Making you feel so safe and secure

.

And puts you into

a bliss filled amazing zone.

That gives me time to heal myself

emotionally,

physically even.

As well

as finding

that inner peace,

tranquillity

and even true contentment

at jut being me at peace with

the world and music.

Like a lullaby that a crying baby

hears. Sung by his loving mother.

to protect and cherish and love

forever.

Joy in the music.

Listen and try for yourself.

It has saved me

many a time!

Imagine a cocoon, being repressed, not very open. Like a book without pages. But then the music starts playing, it is your favorite song. Suddenly you hatch into a colorful butterfly. Your book starts to open, your pages become full with text and stories of your experiences. That's what music does to me. Love this piece!

I also find music transforms me, but I wasn’t expecting your message to be like this. For me, I tend to gravitate to a few favorite music genres, whereas in your poem, you show us a wide variety of music possibilities. Your writing reminds me to keep my vistas open instead of only seeing what I love the most.
