things around you

depressed

suicidal even

and stop

having

working

towards

good positive

goals

and stops

and numbs

your self

esteem

and confidence

from growing

You're stuck

in a rut.

Of self-loathing

self-destruction

And It does

no good

for you.

Break free

from the circle

of self-pity

and learn

to love

yourself

and grow

again.
