At the Seaside

I'm at the seaside, looking around.

All I see is smiling faces

young and old.

Having fun as well as, having a blast!

Some, are at the fun fair, while

others are sunbathing on the beach.

Likewise, others are drinking alcohol

at the local bars. Eating

burgers and getting loud.

Elsewhere pizza and chips are being

eaten by the load. As hungry people

consume them. Out front of local

restaurants and cafes.

I look further and see some

hens from a Wedding Party.

Oh, my lordy. They are having

a blast! The poor girl getting

married soon. She robed with

getting married tomorrow written

on her back and front on a sign saying.

"Kiss me quick before it's too late"!

And all her mates laughing and cheering at

some brave stranger guy approaching to kiss

her on the lips. And not on her cheek instead!

She is blushing, so bright red I can tell you

now!

Old couples walking hand in hand or

arm in arm. With each other. With sun

hats on with wide brims and sunglasses

on. Smiling and having a wonderful time.

Young couple with children. Laughing and giggling

and eating ice cream cones licking them and seeing

the ice cream runs down their lips and over their

t-shirts or clean dresses. But everyone is euphoric

and joyous and upbeat.

As the sun is shining and a light breeze is about.

Clear skies on the horizon. And its the weekend.

Everyone is relaxing. carefree and with family

or friends. Or even alone. But the sunshine has a
healing and healthy effect on everyone around.
