a waiting death

a waiting death

A Poem by Onlyme

the wet tears
rolling down my face
makes me feel human
a  little bit the
rests of me feels
so scared
let alone
so lonely

I hide at night
in my bedroom
hoping
I never
wake up again

in the morning
or
ever again

I really
hate
my so called
life
its
no life
is a nightmare

God on the cross
I can understand
his feelings of
suffering due
to others
not nice
at all.

suffer in silence
most of us do
until its
to late
tragedy
of our
lifes

You touch the reader here. A poem that to me underlines the need to love ourselves more when others do so less. Suffering in silence does not come easy to me but I do empathize with those who have the ability to do so. I think it takes a lot of selflessness and love to be able to do that. Another great poem from you.

This is an emotional piece I can relate to on so many levels. This made me tear up. I get nostalgia... Gosh, who I once was...

I hope this is just your muse talking, and not a cry gone unanswered. If you're suffering in silence, please seek help. Bless you!
