maybe my mother and father

being b******s as parents

helped me see

all is not

sweet and rosey

in life

but it never made me

bitter or twisted or cruel

iam still me

who I want to be

nice good and kindhearted

but no fool

you have to roll with

the punches and

take life as it comes

good

bad

whatever

will be

no one can

change the course

of time in front

no mind reader avaliable

to read tea cup leaves

and if they did

it could all change

life is like that

unpredictable like

that

yes, it does happen...but something reflected in this poem to me is this:
often those who are evil are said to be born to it if the parents are such...but we make our own way...and i feel can escape from becoming them if it is a bad thing...or aspire to be them if it is a good thing.
