Saved My life Poetry....

I am as soft as butter

or margarine

and so open

I am nearly transparent

I open my heart

my mind

my soul

and even

my spirit

is free

on here

It has helped me

so very much

Poetry in General

Just expressing

myself

and being

just

Me

You would

never

understand

how

much

poetry

means

to me

It helps

heal my soul

and lift my thoughts

and feelings

and give me

a friend

to lean on

in hard times

And also maybe

make me

smile and feel

good other times.

These are

the wishes

I would

love to give

to others

in this world

You are far

from alone

In both

good and bad

times.

I want to

thank everyone

who

read my stuff

and even

cares

to write

to me

with

a reply.

That means

the world

to me

for just

me

being myself

I came across

poetry

by accident

going through a

bad time.
