Each step you take you take one step back but eventually you do take a step forward..

I sometimes wonder why I am me?

Why was I even born?

Why did I come into this world?

What it to assist and help others?

And to learn lessons I was meant to

learn maybe from past lives lived.

I am not sure on that one.

But ironically I do understand

Life is far from easy for all of us.

We all have our ups and downs.

Goodtimes and bad.

It's I guess how we deal with those

bad times.

Makes us stronger. And more determined

to not let it defeat us. And for us not to give in

and call it quits in this world.

Easy said than done for some people.

But if you can manage to keep hope inside

you and mentally fight your demons within.

You can live for another day.

And enjoy life more so

for yourself.

I guess also being a "giver" than a "taker"

in this world is also better.

As you are less selfish and more aware

of everything around you.

And you can understand and relate

to other peoples woes and upsets.

So you're more empathetic and

compassionate as well.

So those things are a blessing

not a curse.

As you are never alone in this world

even when you feel you are.

Someone somewhere feels exactly

like you and me.

So they can relate to us big time.

And take comfort in know others

feel the same.

Wish life was not painful or hurtful

and test you with terrible situations

and circumstances. But it does.

We have to deal with the punches

as they happen. And get back up

again. Dust ourselves down.

And for every step, we take back.

The next step we do more forward

Very slowly. But it's forward not back

again in life.
