Someone cares & Will Listen & Help..

Not everyone finds it easy to express

their inner feelings. And get them out.

The majority of the population.

Hide their true emotions inside.

As they grew up in a household.

Where you didn't talk about your feelings.

Let alone express them out loud.

So you learned to cover your emotions up.

And hide them deep inside.

Even if that meant you where physically

or mentally suffering in silence.

And that to me is very sad.

We live in an age. Where we can communicate

so easily with each other in general.

From computers, Ipads, iPhones, text messages

and so forthwith.

But yet to simply be able to express your true

inner feelings to loved ones or true friends

is still hard to do.

Why?

Simple because it's not the done thing to do.

. On a lads night out.

Yes, some women find it easier to talk and express

themselves just like me. But the fact is I had counseling

for years and years to help me open up and get

my emotions out.

We should be able to express our emotions and

feelings freely and not feel scared in case we feel

we are going to get judged or attacked for whatever

we want to really say.

So most human beings. Keep whatever is they feel deep

inside. Until one day.

The just can not take it anymore.

And head for the nearest overhead bridge

or step out in front of a fast train.

No second chances then.

Please know someone is listening and will care.

Just take the courage and open up and talk out loud.
