Their comes a time in everyone life

where you have to say enough is enough

and stand up for You.

And not let anyone and I mean anyone

walk over you. Regards of who they are

 family, relatives, brother, sister, boss,

co worker, friend whoever.

And think. I have had enough of this crap

no more. I don't mean go at them hammer

and tongs ie fight. I mean in a mature

sensible way. Fix how you feel for you.

Without getting into woe. Do something

you enjoy, move, leave, find new job, set

goals to make you happy long term and

work towards them. Positive and productive

ideas and goals.

Then you feel better and actual start to

achieve being happy for you long term.

And if nasty friends dump them. They

not real friends at all. 

Also weigh up your values and what you

want out of your life that are good and set

goals for them. To motivate you on the

right road towards them.
