Crippling Darkness...That needs help to the light

My heart gets so heavy with burdens and woes.

I forget the beauty all around me.

Times like these.

I still try to hold onto those amazing thoughts

and pictures inside my mind's eye

and heart.

To cherished and saviour these periods.

That makes me smile and feel light

and happy inside.

It's far to easy to dwell on bad times.

And not see any good at all.

And let the darkness and badness

make you bitter and twisted.

But try as I must.

To light the darkness and see the good.

As the world is not all bad.
