The day of reckoning is coming..

The day of reckoning is upon us.

The time will tell if all things

are going to be good or bad.

If time is on our side or not

long run.

Withheld breaths and feelings

of fear within us both.

And running to the loo a lot.

As both our nervous are bad.

Or mind is running overtime.

And just can't think of anything

else.

Tick tock the clock goes. Slowly

it is coming around to the appointment time.

with the consultant and his team.

To see if his cancer is getting better

and maybe even healed.

And if not.....

How long he got?

And how will this end?

Oh please God, give us both a break.

And show some kindness and leniency.

Let alone to everyone else who is in

this same sinking boat as us.
