Beauty around us.

I love the winter evenings when my cat comes and snugs

up on my lap. And purring with such contentment and sheer

bliss. It makes my heart want to burst.

Or when my hubby is snugged up on the sofa with me.

And I get a great cuddle from him. As we watch a movie

on television.

Or seeing young lovers out in public. Showing affection towards

each other. Like holding hands. And sneaking the odd little kiss as

they walk up the street towards where ever they are destined.

Or a young father with his child with the child on his shoulders.

And the little soul is so happy. And the dad is laughing with the

child and talking ten to the dozen about things in general. Between

them both. As though the world around was not even their. It was

just the two of them alone.

I particularly love it when I see pensioners still so in love.  After

many years of being together. Holding hands. And helping each other

with shopping home.

A little girl out with her mother. And such admiration and affection in her

eyes. To grow up and be just like her mum. As you see them both pass by.

Little things. That makes life so much better.

And the beauty around if you open your eyes you will see the moments.
