angel of the seas.

Through hell and high waters

I have been cast at sea.

No anchor to stop me.

Let alone to save me.

Immersed in storms

as well as thunder and lightning

Far from land.

I was losing my spirits and my

soul was weak.

I gave up on hope

and feel blue.

A mermaid came aboard

and comforted me.

And told me a tale of

far of land to the East.

And she guided me to

that said land.

And rescued me.

She never did tell me

her name.

I often think of her

and what she did for me.

My saviour when I was lost

and alone, and giving up

all hope. She came along

and was my angel of the seas.
