Fed up being a doormat?

Fed up being a doormat?

A Poem by Dawn

Fed up being a doormat?

Folk thinking your an easy touch.

Simply because you're a nice person
helpful, kind as well as decent.

It is like your wearing a sign,
saying come on over.

"And take me for granted
use and abuse me and walk all over me."

Well eventually, we stand up for ourself
and dust ones self down.

And coming to a decision
to get rid of you at last
from our life
.
By telling you straight
to Clear Off
with the reasons added on.

Or else to just completely
ignoring you totally.
And never responding again to your wishes or
needs or pleads.

Your NO good friend of mine
and never will be.

You're in the reject box for life.
When it comes to me.
