walking through the timeless gateway of life  Seeing what it has to offer us in its unyielding eye  All of the dreams and atrocities of humanity  through my battered perception I grasp its vanity  our dissonance as a species so seemingly infinite  to the universe its nothing but anomalous insolence  As a human i believe it must be said  learning and education should be wrought instead  arrogance and folly of mankind oh so great  Can you not see you put our existence at stake?  Words said and blood spilled through the ages  Forever filling our history book pages  Hearken, you must before it is too late  humanity’s actions decide our ultimate fate
