Distance and Love

Distance and Love

A Poem by PhantomGeass
"

a Sonnet that I wrote along time ago (which follows all the rules i might add). This was when I was having love but the distance was the cause to have a failed atempt.

"

Separate by many times of cursed fate

Longing road of searching doom gaze for her

Hoping to forward unlocking faith’s gate

Ever traveling closer I fear a Blur

Painful for myself and her we will scream

Malevolence distance forge blood to drain

Sustain our love I see only a dream

With emotion I conceive but bring her pain

Outskirt miles between her I make out

Distances is a devil’s plead harmful lust

Seeking a way to her without a doubt

Though in pain we learned to induce a trust

In Sync we are soaring as a white dove

Even with our hearts as one we find love

Nice work. Sonnets are difficult to get right. You have done very well keeping to the discipline. Your story comes through clearly and every stanza hold the readers attention.
