you've come to a place

you've come to a place

A Poem by Moebia
"

.

"
a quick turn around the corner
gray skies galore.
what was that?
you saw a face

ear-piercing howls
screeching of the crows
like the wallow of the cello.
you shouldn't have come here

it doesn't matter now anyways,
you won't be coming back

nobody ever leaves
are you scared, darling dear?
get used to it.
this is the place where
swine is society,
where the dead are the living,
where the living become the dead

if you are scared now
my god, you won't be prepared
for when your innocence stumbles
into the heart of the hell
just down the alley, go on
walk the rest of the way...
you're almost there
so unknowing,
so undisturbed,
so innocent,
you are

innocent until you see
the flesh torn from the bones
of the victims who came before you,
watching their eyes pop,
and the faces slashed,
the blood sputter from their mouths
...from their eyes

oh my dear, why are you crying?
you're almost down the alley, keep going
you've come to a place...

I am no writer of the sort. These are my musings, my arts, my flutters of thought. Call them what you may--but a poet is not anything that I am. I have been immersed in my violin for nearly a deca.. more..
