Loving Couple

Loving Couple

A Poem by peacefrog

Share with thee among the lies
a truth that's yet been told.
Forgotten behind sealed grey eyes
cheated and cheaply sold.
The bearer sings without remorse
trampling the cold corpse of guilt.
Demonstrating the naked source of hate
weaving a damaged and tainted quilt.
The tears run red
being stabbed so deep.
Lost tales being resurfaced,
accuser never skipping a beat.
They grow afraid to leave
stagnant becoming an art.
But mutually can agree,
the relationships bitter taste from the start.
