Lost in Nowhere

This poem is about a person who feels that she is already lost in nowhere for making a big mistake in her life, and yet she has found refuge in God.

Looking myself at the mirror

All I can see is nothing but horror!

Maybe I shouldn't have done anything wrong,

Therefore, I decided to sing a song.

I know I did a big mistake,

Yet God knows that I'm not fake.

I admit how sinful I am

That's why I asked Jesus to come.

Despite of being disobedient,

God hasn't been impatient!

He has saved me from all the tragedies

And now I'm falling on my knees.

Forever I will worship Him,

To see God is my dream.

For sure He always guides me

Being faithful is what I should be.

that is a wonderful thing to say, too much nowadays people are turning away from god to pursue drugs and alcohol etc.You hold on to your faith

I actually grew up in a Christian world where Jesus Christ is the only one we worship. But as a human being myself, I was badly influenced by my friends for teaching me to drink alcohols and enjoy their company. But then I realized that these vices - alcohols, drugs, cigars or whatever vices they are, will never be able to give me a meaningful life. 😊
