A pantoum? A poem with repeating lines. Line B repeated in every stanza i.e. the second line is the same. C the last line repeated in every stanza also, with a slight variation in the last line.

It seems to be a religious poem, speaking of regeneration, changes on the inside of man. Buzz words for religion: faith-changing inside-path-freewill-lesson.
