Two Faces Has The Sea

Two Faces Has The Sea

A Poem by Phil Capitano

Two faces has the eternal sea,

seven seas speak many languages

but love has one voice

and open hands.

The endless love I have for thee

a million tongues cannot speak

yet booms and rings

across the open lands.

Whispers on the propitious breeze,

volumes written with naked words

recall stones and honour found

on golden bands.

Violent is the broken sea,

two faces, love has captured me.
