A Chant From the Gof'nn hupadgh

A Chant From the Gof'nn hupadgh

A Poem by Nicholas LaRocca
"

This is a poem written by a follower of the Lovecraftian diety Shub-Niggurath, for my D&D setting.

"

Twirling in silence

Forever becoming, changing

Necks craned upwards,

Embracing the chasm which surrounds us

Falling ever further from our birthing grounds,

Cascading across the infinite curtain of nothing

Our lungs fragmented by that collision so long ago

Forsaken by eternity,

Left to drift alone,

Us, our Mother’s begotten

Soon She will return to us,

As the endless march grinds to a halt

And the blessing, that immaculate mania,

Will bore into the soil which we tread
