I wish

It's about a girl who's wandering in a park. She sees and hears beautiful things. She wishes that she could be with her love in the said park.

I wish you could be here with me

In the park, underneath the starlit sky

Where the stars sparkle brightly,

The sky is so dark and dreamy

And the night sings a beautiful melody.

Where we would mix our chatter and laughs with the subdued noises

Of people around us and nearby vehicles

And the gentle chirping and humming of crickets.

Where we would snuggle against each other on a bench,

Holding each other’s hands tightly

As we marvel at all the beautiful things in the park:

The dancing fountain that looks almost as magnificent as fireworks,

Colorful lights, lovely flowers, green trees and grass.

But instead I am here all alone,

Experiencing these wonderful things without you…

Jealously wishing you would spend more time with me than with her.
