My Life is a soon to be published Rough Draft

A Poem by Megan Harris

I've spent years in context
Looking for love in arms
That for the better part of my
Twenty years
Have been busy strangling me
Masked with abusive speculation
I took control and
Colored my world with autumn
Crush the happenings like dead leaves
old dirt on your shoe
From funeral fresh graves
This is my life,
I have nothing left to say
Lucky for me
I can bury these thoughts
As deep as they've buried my friends
Looking over to tell someone
That now-a-days -
I'm unaware of my life
Outside of blue paper lines

That was very beautiful.I only had to read it once to make any sense of it but I read it twice anyway [= . It really painted a picture for me so thanks.
