forever sorrow

forever sorrow

A Poem by Michael Turnbull

i'll forever live in sorrow

it's the place where i feel safe

continous suffering

my truth behind obligatory smiles

empty eyes will tell the story

living the sickness

constantly being the broken feeding

on the heinous disease inside my mind

wrapped up tight

a God in my own realm of shadow

the soul being in my created universe

worshiping the Nothing.

I lived there once upon a time believing I deserved no better than to thrill of my own misery~ powerful writing I'm absolutely certain many will relate to one point or another in their life~
