the rule of one

the rule of one

A Poem by Eshe' Allen
"

you guys were with me through my religious exploration. some of you were offended or shocked by my willingness to reject my foundation in search of my own answers. here's my justification. i took this picture of a maasai girl while in kenya last year.

"

the fundamental problem of
all
organized belief systems
is that of legitimacy

if i were to commit a crime involving the essential or necessaries
i would be called to court and required to explain the beliefs that justify
my actions
if indeed it is the case
and i explain with all clarity and sincerity that this way was
imprinted
it is justified by the teacher, investigation would have been superfluous
ethics dictates that ignorance is not a legitimate defense

at judgment one is once again called
to explain the belief system which justifies ones actions
are you expecting a pass when
red eyed and prostrate
the whisper from your soul

but
my daddy told me…

there are no
crutches
in the realm beyond
bodies
