She ruined Me

She ruined Me

I saw her face

From the last time,

Still unaltered

By she had ruined my hopes

My goals and dreams

Or my favorite game

Still a melodic Alto

With a crisp sharp edge

Yet greased with sarcasm

The same as last time

When she spoke her words

Said her decision

And ruined my hopes

My goals and dreams

Of my love

And once a potential future

I was hopeless,

Unwanted,

And why?

I was better than them at it,

At my goals, dreams, and my future,

And they were not

THey were not strong,

One cried and still made it.

But maybe I am wrong,

She was known as a good coach,

As funny too,

Unless you look deeper to the

Pain of her words

She was nice to the others,

And kissed their feets' dreams

While I was trapped by her words,

Bound by her cruel sentences

That said I was hopeless

At volleyball,

One of my greatest passions.....

...Maybe she was right.

This is good. There is a lot of emotion behind the words. I like the structure. The way you colored the word ruin was good. It placed more power in the poem! Great work!
