Why bees are black and yellow
Stop.
Hands shake
Palms,
So sweaty,
Uneasy feeling
The nerves tingling.
Head lightly fizzing.
Ok, deep breath.
Breathe.
Clench your hand
The tingling is deeply uncomfortable
But don't forget to breathe!
Take a breath
Just.
Keep.
Writing.
and how their six legs,
And little wings,
Can help them actually-
I can't.
Clench fist
Breathe.
Shaky breath,
Unclench to breathe,
But then tingling comes back.
Wiggle feet
Tingly feet
Curl up toes from wiggly feet.
Breathe.
Live,
They seem so weird
Goosebumps,
Wipe off palms
Ignore my stomach.
Its like there are bees in there
Buzzing angrily
Bees like blonde hair.
Please stop.
So horrid.
Breathe
Clench.
Sickening.
Oh gosh let me out.
Trapped in paranoia
There is no escape.
Help.
Close my eyes.
Attempt to calm
Please stop.
Body, obey me.
Breathe.

I rember what my favourite polish poet mr Zbigniew Herbert wrote in 'The knocker' - he said that other have grat immagination, and words are spreading easily, he had only 2 piecec of wood, and when he knock one on other their responce was pure and simple, yes-yes, no-no
