It shall never be (sonnet)

It shall never be (sonnet)

A Poem by poetdweller

Shall I compare thee'o luminescent moon?
Thou reflection is so gentle and sweet
For how I love thee, bring my heart to croon
Bringing sun, causing my very heart to beat
The autumn in your eyes is very bright
Your small existence makes me start to spin
But to my soul, your aura is the light
If only your love was not like a sin.
If only you realized its not meant tobe
In church you sta-and an athiest
Can't be together for eternity
Problem-You're the only one on my list
And now in the days your love is still wrong
Though every day I fear that your love's gone
