Random is Good.

Random is Good.

"

A little bit of path following leading into stereotypes and people's expectations.

"

Music p lay ing.
Playing piano
Piano making the mood curvy instead of a lineee.
L  i n e? I’m not quite sure why there are lines.

Something to do with M A T H.
Math tells me that angles under 90 degrees are acute.
Acute? Everything is acute, you, me.
MEthinks that life is a potato.

Potato are COVERED and ROUGH and brown.
Brown until you COOK it.
It will become something D i F f E R e N t.
Different is w o r t h w h i l e. Difference is life.

Life is art. Life is life. Life is writing.
Writing is for me, writing is for you.
You might not see it now, but you need it.
It will addict you to it quicker than you know.

Know? Know what? Know lol and omg and wtf and ahahahaha rofl. I’m a teenager!
Teenager. Do you now think I’m immature?
Immature is like swing sets.
Sets you down, brings you up, keeps you MoViNg,
Moving is like the Q key on my keyboard.
Keyboard hides it from me.
MEknows that I can’t find it but it is there.
There is here and here is there and I am you.
You. You. You. Repetition.

Repetition from me, repeat after me, RaNdOm.
Random. Opposite day. Be a lemming. Don’t be yourself.
Yourself? No. Opposite day is every day. Be nothing. NO. Don’t listen to them. You need to be…
A bubble.

So this is one of my more random moods, but kudos to you if you can actually follow this. Please ignore places where it says Meknows, or uses the wrong tense of the word-it's purposeful. Please let me know what you think! --Jenn--

I enjoyed this excercise in visualization/expectation and whimsy! It sent me off on my own merry tangents and the poem truly lives up to its title! I am gratified to discover that I am not the only one to lose typewriter keys, BTW, and can take heart to learn that it is probably only a side effect of being young (at least, at heart! I always knew that 2nd childhood would come in handy! Fun to read!!!
