MY HEART BLEEDS

The painful heartache is felt
Way down deep inside
The loneliness, I dealt
Because of what I did decide

I chose to walk away
With love still in my heart
For I couldn't make you stay

Decisions needed to be made
By you without me around
So I made myself fade
Into the distance not to be found

I miss you so much that
It hurts every single day
This is the miserable point I'm at
But I couldn't nor wouldn't ask you to stay

Home is where you longed for
From the beginning till now
SO I walked away closing the door
But with tear streaming down

The tightening in my chest
Never seems to ease
I did what I thought was best
But now my heart bleed
