Raw Thirst

 

Cosmic rubble of emotions

Envelope a confused mind

Chaos and confusion combine

 

Intoxicated by love

Heart stammers with aching pain

Crimson tears falling like rain

 

But hope illuminates life

Entangling lifting the soul

Recharging a feeling once stole

 

Stabling the tipped balance

Quenching a raw thirst

Letting joy once again burst

It's like a lot of concepts or ideas..often interconnected by dots that are being joined together with a graphite pencil and given a form..That;s the feel of the poem..The language is excellent and the message- it conveys the convoluted journey that is undertaken before finding/discovering/ realizing joy..
