Desert winds.

The winds of change have reached gale force

and will enforce a change of course

on Autocrats and tyrants who

will resist change;til  they’re forced to

surrender to the just demands

of people living in their lands.

The down trodden and oppressed.

Their will is openly expresses

By demonstrations on the street

By people voting with their feet.

Though we will have to wait and see

 if protest works effectively.

The people want democracy.

Will they achieve it?possibly

The winds of change have reached gale force

Desire for freedom is the cause.

A well written appreciation of our modern times. Like your good self I watch every day to see if any of our international despots is cleared out by his own people. This could only have been more entertaining if it wasn't for the accuracy and importance of it's message.

Hopefully the urge by man may to be free to make choices, to have a say in the world around them, to be able to vote for the leaders, will change what wars have fail to accomplish. The war must come from the internal need not the external force. Good piece.

The winds of change have swept across all countries and the people on the ground are suffering most. I agree with your sentiments.

Let freedom ring! It is scary times we are living in, but so exciting too, I hope they get the freedom they deserve...All men should taste freedom if they are willing to fight for it, I hope the world backs them in their conquests.

Great Write My Friend!
