tragedy , sadness , hope , love .. This poem is dedicated to a small kid girl whom i loved a lot .. We do not talk anymore .. This poem was the aftermath of our dead relation ..

I know not what I want from You

For this myriad of feelings goes unheard

The wheels of time seemingly roll ahead

Leaving me stranded in the desert of loneliness

And I stand alone waiting for You

But He asks “Doth thou really need it?”

 

I know not what I want from You

For I drown endlessly in this ocean of memories

That desperately seek your attention

And this silence holds me in a strange stillness

And every breath I count whispers your name

But He asks “Doth thou really need it ?”

 

I know not what I want from You

For I wanna make love to you til dawn

This perpetual darkness, but makes it a distant dream

That Our souls cling together ecstatically

The bed of roses smiles at Our Love to Eternity

Whilst Butterflies within me reach out to You

To feel your touch, to caress your senses into a new world

That understands the Union of Our Souls

But He asks “Doth Thou really need it ?”

 

I know not what I want from You

For the strings of my Heart Serenade

A love song that basks under the blazing sun of Your love

That lives a thousand lives in a single beat of the heart

This frigid air too has Your endless Fragrance

Humming an Inaudible Impassioned Promise

Of Our hands held in Oneness through thick & thin

But He asks “Doth thou really need it?”

 

I know not what I want from You

For Estranged is this Soul from Bliss

Senses numb in the shackles of Unconsciousness

And Hope sloshed in Patience, My guiding light

The rainbow of Dreams obscured by the dusk

Endlessly that echo Your subtle vibrations

Clarity seeking answers through mist of Ambiguity

But He asks “Doth thou really need it?”

 

I know not what I want from You

For Indelible are your Impressions in my Heart

Flowers of Immortal Love bloom within

Reminiscing Moments of Our Togetherness

And Walking through that old Tunnel of Love

Endlessly  feel Stranded & Rescued

But Heavens up above promise to me

A Life worth Living & Feeling from the Heart

And now stars shine within me assuring a Breath

That is not Asphyxiating but a gift of life

Giving me the strength to be patient come what may

And my Death Wish is to share this breath

With You You & Only You

My Baby, come back to me...

 Coz I’ll wait For You till the End of Time
