masochistic tendencies

masochistic tendencies

A Poem by b/m

you came home drunk last night. covered in beer and sweat and pink lipstick that marked your body like a scar. you crawled into bed next to me and whispered that you loved me, but you didn't end your declaration with my name. you ended it with anothers. the next morning you dragged your head up from the salty pillows, damp from the oceans in my eyes and grinned easily at me, running a hand through your hair and i fell in love with you all over again and i'm beginning to think that maybe i'm a masochist or just naive but either way i still grin back and fall into your arms again and again and again.

this is the first piece I've ever shared publicly so it's probably pretty awful, i just need somewhere to post things and this seems like a good place to do so ( grammar is problematic i know)

Hello there,

Thank you for sharing. It is good that you were able to express yourself, that'll be quite a release. Moreover, your grammar is not problematic. Alright, have a nice day.

Best,
Lavender Soya
