LOVE..tears of pain

poem describing emotions of love...

He promised to love her till death..

she trusted him..

she was happy, her happiness was him,

his love, the time she spent with him..

it was like everything was nice and sweet,

cause his arms were there to hold her tight..

she could cross the worst hurdles with just him by her side..

he was her strength, her love, her desire, her meaning in life..

the only treasured thing in her life..

without whom she was sure not to survive..

she was sure she could not do a day without seeing him

or even talking or knowing how is doing.

is he fine?is he ok?he was on her mind all time..

she loved him, he was the only one..

the first and the last guy..the love of her life....

2yrs hence

she called him on and off ,

he repeatedly turned her off..

he chucked her he ditched her for another gal..

all of a sudden he was on his own leading his life happily..

carryin it ahead as if nothing happened ever..

he had moved on real fast..she was still crying..

she wept for all the times spent...

she kept waiting and time tick'd away,

he still din come..

she cried all her silent tears every nit...

life moved on..did she?

If this is about you, then you must have gone through a lot of pain .. I have been there too .. Loved, believed, and got deceived. It hurts as described in the written piece and reading it all made me think of what happened to me as well. So I could very well relate. It is true that when we love someone, we make a world out of him/her but it is not always a two way thing. Sometimes our love is so much deeper that we are blind to the other giving end, blind that we are not being loved the same .. and when he/she leaves us, we are left broken and wondering what went wrong .. What hurts the most is when you see the one you love with someone else, being so happy, and there you are, broken, sad and lonely. I like how you ended the poem because it is somewhat the wondering question that every lost lovers ask themselves .. will they ever get over it? As you said, life moves on, and since heartbreak takes time to heal, it will heal gradually. I have been through some relationships and I still believe that the best way to move on is to fall in love again .. with someone else .. love hurts, love heals .. So we should never give up on love or life. Live, and Love.
