Dancin' 'Round The Ole Maypole

Dancin' 'Round The Ole Maypole

Many might go to Heaven with half the labor they go to Hell. - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Spit in my face with your sacrilegious saliva.
You're nothing but a liar.
Nail me with evil spikes.
Crown me with that which is not right.
Do whatever you like.
Lower me down into your Hades.
Burn my skin and singe my guts.
As a precipitous, double-edged sword cuts.
Annihilate me with damnation's sin.
Do me in.
I may be in Hell's hole.
but you ain't gettin' my soul
'cuz I'll keep ...
... dancin' 'round the ole may pole ...
