Arse Farce

Arse Farce

A Poem by Pete
"

What men call social virtues, good fellowship, is commonly but the virtue of pigs in a litter, which lie close together to keep each other warm. - Thoreau

"
Trouble-Spring Farrowing 2013 | Curiousfarmer

excuses are lies masquerading as reasons
summer and winter are states of mind concealed as seasons

truth is a ball buster disguised as a tennis racket
i wish i could find my darned, fall jacket

my life has become a teet-sucking farce
and

i'm its coalescing, slovenly arse

Author's Note

Pete
"Perhaps we should never procure a new suit, however ragged or dirty the old, until we have so conducted or enterprised or sailed in some way, that we feel like new men in the old, and that to retain it would be like keeping new wine in old bottles." - Thoreau
